Yes this is correct.
IF I choose to upgrade ABM to ASIC ( I will not promise anything according to ASIC`s) then I will also issue more shares to cover the costs of the ASIC.
But at this point I have no intention to upgrade to ASIC.

Hopefully this informed you enough.

Clear enough, thx.
I do wonder if you were contacted by Usagi about his plan to delist CPA and how it would affect the insurance mentioned in your thread title?

No, usagi did not contact me about any changes concerning CPA.
Because I have a contract and have paid a year in advance, I assume that Usagi will keep word and stick to the contract until the contract ends (30 June 2013)

Dear investors,

It is Wednesday and normally this would be dividend day but due to GLBSE closure I am unable to make the weekly payment because:
-I dont know who my share holders are
-I dont know how many shares each shareholder holds
-I am unable to log in my GLBSE account
-I did not got any replies on my emails send to support@glbse.com

I really hope I will get the requested information from GLBSE so I can continue ABM on another exchange.

As you are the new owner of Paladon Green Mining, I've got some questions:

How much BTC have we mined since GLBSE shutdown? When is the ASIC coming, did BFL say anything?

Now when it looks like it is only matter of time when you get issuers data, which exchange did you choose to move to?
And are you going to merge paladon with abm, if yes, how?

Hi,

ABM and PGM will not be merged,

I will either move ABM and PGM to another exchange or liquidate ABM and PGM.
In the event of moving to another exchange ABM and PGM will (probably) move to Cryptostocks.

But first, I need all the shareholders information.

Dear Investors,

I recieved the ABM shareholders information from GLBSE.
Paladon will send me PGM's shareholders list as soon as he recieves the shareholders list.

Tonight I will start sending out emails to the email addresses provided by the shareholders list.
Please reply to this email with your Bitcoin Address used to claim your GLBSE account to claim your ABM shares.

I have just send out E-mails to all shareholders that were included in the list that I recieved from GLBSE.

Until now only 409 out of 1000 shares have been claimed.
If you have not already claimed your shares, please claim your account at GLBSE.com

People should definitely check out the Bitfunder option. I looked at the other options out there and the interface for bitfunder is so much easier and cleaner than the rest. Not to mention that cryptostocks appears to be another GLBSE that doesn't post its data publicly. Which worries me a bit.

Looks like we are going to join BitFunder.

I tried out the site a little and it should be very easy to claim your ABM shares through BitFunder

If the poll results do`nt change, I will issue ABM on BitFunder this weekend.

What about PGM?

PGM will also be relisted at Bitfunder if ABM gets relisted.
When everything is ready to go, I will send all shareholders an e-mail.

So.. we are basically stuck with our shares, as the trading volume on bitfunder is non existent. Maybe at least we could  have a public poll on that?
