I think that we should all start to drink the coffee without sugar and milk!

I am sure that most of you here have heard that sugar, especially the white sugar is one of the most dangerous ingredient that can cause cancer. Also, the milk (low fat milk, not yogurt) is another enemy of the human organism. When I was younger I drink a milk with a lot of sugar almost every day, but now I exchanged this things with regular milk (without sugar) and yogurt.

Now about the coffee... I can never imagine to drink I coffee without sugar, but after I quit with smoking these thing become something normal for me. I mean, I am able to drink coffee without sugar, but sometimes I need something sweet like chocolate so I can mix it.

I'm a fan of all types of coffee even plain black coffee with no sugar, Espresso is my favorite but any coffee has a good taste IMO even without sugar or milk but that's just about the taste.

Just pure black coffee. That's still the best for me. SO you have still the taste of coffee.

Sugar and milk are essential for coffee for me, a big fan of milk with coffee and sugar is needed of course.
