missed it Sad

if you go to http://thisweekin.com/thisweekin-startups/ tomorrow it will probably be there. if not it shouldn't take much longer.

Yeah, perhaps I did get a little bit excited.

Sorry, I was a bit harsh.  Overall I think you did a fine job.  You definitely got people excited.  The anon stuff just seemed a bit too much.   Smiley

Yes, explaining bitcoin as a PROTOCOL is very effective and the truth in the plainest sense.

A set of rules laid down that people are free to choose to adhere to or not as they wish. I think this is key to getting people to see the difference between the grass-roots capitalism of bitcoin and the discredited trickle-down capitalism of central bank fiat currency.

It is not really a project but multitude of projects aimed at adhering to the protocol.

Good show...I would just suggest a bit less emphasis on potential legal issues bitcoin could face and focus more on the technology, how it works, what gives it value, etc.  Explain what bitcoin is and the good that will come from it rather than give the audience every possible reason under the sun to fear it or fear using it.

The guy on the right is Genjix.

I read this before watching the show.  When it came on and they introduced "Amir Taaki" I was wondering who the hell that was and where Genjix was.  It me half a second to realize that "Genjix" would not actually be his real name....  Tongue

Where is he from?  There's a British accent mixed in with something else.

I shoulda butted in, I think I'm too polite to be on a show with Jason Calacanis...

Yeah, perhaps I did get a little bit excited.

As others said, I enjoyed the show.
I also liked the fact that you both answered about the multiple sides of Bitcoin.

Really great show guys.

I'm half way through it right now.

Very informative and interesting points.

Did Gavin mention that all 21 million BTC will be released over the next 140 years earlier in the video? Maybe 5-10 minutes in? Perhaps I simply heard wrong...

I saw a comment from someone who didn't know the participants. The comment asked "Who's the Star Trek guy and who's the Terrorist?"

The show could have been very good if the hosts would have moderated the discussion so that Gavin had a chance to speak. Genjix is very good at building excitement -- we just need Gavin to balance that out with some reality.

Gavin interrupted more than I would have been able to... I hate these kinds of situations.

Genjix, where are you from?

Mate, have you ever been to London? I'd even hazard a guess he grew in east London

It was a good interview. Calacinus is pretty switched on as far as media guys go (hadn't heard him before),  the "humble indy bundle" threw him for a wobbly  Cheesy

Would be interested to hear more from both Gavin and Genjix, different takes ... more interviews to come from I hope.
