I once believe that the Bitcoin price will be exceeded $10,000 in 2014. But until i experienced a successive decline in two months, and every time when I thought it had appeared to the bottom, it often appear at the deeper bottom, I began to suspect that how much the bottom of bitcoin price is.

Now, I think $440 is the lowest price which I can accept, However in case, perhaps, maybe, the price fell below $440, even below the $400, how should I do?

You just answered your own question. You have a lowest acceptable price, and there's a risk of going below that.

Personally, I think we're heading for $300s. Not sure on the range, depends on the kind of panic we see. But it seems a retest of that $340 level is almost inevitable at this point. I think we'll definitely be back above these levels eventually, though.
