I did install the fresh new wallet v0.8.6.6. Connected very fast, downloaded blockchain and is now synced.
Replaced the wallet.dat of the empty new wallet with the old one with all my hirocoins in it. Everything is fine.
Now I just have to test transactions to other wallets. Poloniex deposits are disabled at the moment. Mintpal is offline.
I working blovk explorer would be nice. Where is OmarG ? On vacation?

This coins needs more checkpoints or something, almost every 2 days my wallet goes off-sync.
Deposits of newly minted coins do arrive at poloniex after rescyncing chain again!

any ideas? or people with same behaviour?
this is error that occurs:
hirocoind getbalance
error: {"code":-2,"message":"Safe mode: Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."}

the same problem:

Code:
hirocoind getinfo
{
(...)
    "errors" : "Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."
}

I seem to have solved this issue by creating a new wallet and transferring all my funds to it.

I also tried to import the old PK into the new wallet and it worked. Now i have my same old hiro address, all my funds and no error message.

I made a small test transaction of 2 HIRO from my v0.8.6.6 hirocoin wallet to poloniex exchange yesterday.
I had to create a new deposit address in poloniex. Even if the button says "deposits temporarily disabled" it is possible to click and get a deposit address. Transaction worked very well, my 2 HIRO are now in my poloniex account.
My wallet is synced, blockchain at block 321455 and the transaction id for the above mentioned transaction is:

no problems with allcoin.com
polo may work or not, depends on luck

Does withdrawal from mintpal work? I have a lot of HIROs there and I want to keep them save longterm in my local wallet. But I can only transfer the whole amount with the actual mintpal withdraw function. They have no field for an amount there. But if mintpal is not working at the right wallet then my coin maybe all get lost.

network is far from dead:
{
"blocks" : 323668,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 1.64202851,
"errors" : "Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade.",
"networkhashps" : 113529340,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false
}

as you may see right now the blockchain is insecure,
so everyone should be very careful sending coins,
better do not send any until dev fixed the issue.

ok i have downloaded the new qt wallet im now mining it solo and it all working ok but im only geting 200-250 a block :{ but coinking are still geting 400 hirocoins a block so i think they are on the old block chain and wallet dev email them,, AND I STILL HAVENT HAD MY 179000 COINS TURN UP IN MY WALLET THEY ARE LOST IN THE NETWORK SOME WERE :{

Hirocoin deposits/withdrawals on poloniex working again!
If you use the nodes mentioned here, and have lastest wallet, your coins will arrive!

Yes, I can confirm this, poloniex works well.
But has someone tried hirocoin withdrawal from mintpal?
I have nearly a million there and won't loose them.
Is there a way to check if mintpal is on the right wallet and blockchain?

Apparently MintPal has to manually audit all its accounts, so it could take a while before we see our coins.

"errors" : "Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade.",

If you are getting this error you may have to re-download the block chain. I had to do that last night, my wallet is working fine now. Deposits to Allcoin are confirming quickly... and I just sold some Grin.

Omars pool has been up and down like a yoyo the last couple of days (not sure what's going on there), we mined a whole a bunch of orphaned coins. We ended up setting up our own pool to use until the regular pools get sorted out. You are welcome to use it if you want. http://hiro.ghsmining.com

try running this in your console. addnode ghsmining.com add

Some nodes are still running on the wrong wallet version. that's what's causing the problem.
It's better today than yesterday but checking peerinfo it still looks like this.

technically if those 50k coins were mined or received before the fork (block 290k)
you have chances to get them back if you have wallet backup.
if they were mined on old chain after the fork - they are actually not Hirocoins anymore.
of course the dev could help you personally in some way
but where is he  Roll Eyes

I have my wallet file, but I'm using the same wallet file after the fork, as I was using before. I mined most of those coins before the fork
