BitHash Logo Design Contest [20$ prize]

I was hoping to drive people into making better stuff so they can race with each other to create a better logo to win the prize but I guess bitcoin community is too full to need 20$ , what can I say , fiverr will do.

I think the problem is the prize being paid in fiat. If your prize is 0.05btc, sentiments would be completely different, even though they are the same in value.

You would get a better response if you paid fully in bitcoin... considering this is a bitcoin forum.

That does look pretty decent in my opinion. Fairly basic, and very simplistic, but sometimes simple can be better. Only thing I would maybe suggest though is to put the slashes coming out of the top and bottom of the B, like this- BTC  And if I were you I would probably play around with rotating the B a little bit and see how it looks at different angles. Sometimes I feel like part of a logo can look better if it is angled a little bit, rather than just straight up and down.

 That is exactly the revision I requested.

 So long story short , 20$ maybe not get you the greatest logo ever , but it sure does get you a whole lot better than what people might think.

 I will get a logo made (trademakred and all) when I reach 1k$+ daily revenue and than I will definetly spend 100$+ to make sure its great.

It's an image of a chip with a BTC on it. This is simple editing, not logo design.

It's great for $5. Ask for an extra high resolution image of that logo and also whether someone can claim royalty over the chip image.

 Yeah there was some trademark issue's which I think we overcame , I got the vector files and now I own it. This is enough for me , I never asked for something out of this world type of deal , but I knew 5$-20$ would get something basic like this which is all I need.

 I think it looks kinda cool wouldn't you agree?

In that image you posted, there is a small red logo in the lower right corner. I think it is watermarked by some site. Look into the vector file you have, if everything is in vector, and is not 100% same as that image, you are ok. If the vector file contains the same image, just wrapped in a vector file format, you may be liable.

That's barely even a logo. Won't scale down, won't scale up. Doesn't even have opacity.

I can do this logotype for $40, with monochrome and full colour versions, in vector format as well as bitmap so you can scale it to any size you wish.

Let me know if you want a proper logo.
