Is there something out there like blockchain.info but for namecoins? What is the best wallet in your opinion?

Your probably best using one of the exchanges where you can trade NMC.

I would recommend VirCurEx at https://vircurex.com/register?referral_id=520-842 . You can use it as a wallet or trade between different currencies. I find it a lot easier than maintaining six wallets for the cryptocurencies that I trade.

Thanks, I just used your referral ID for VirCurEx as a place to store namecoins for merged mining on slush's pool. Personally, I don't want to use a hosted wallet for bitcoins, so I'm using electrum for now since I don't have to d/l the blockchain everywhere.

I'd be very weary of using online altcoin wallets. Look at Doge etc.

Online NMC wallets are useless, unless you are just wanting to hoard them, which in that case you would want the full secure client. You can't buy any .bit domain on an online wallet.
I agree, I would stay clear of nmc-wallet online

Would be a "electrum" or "multibit" for namecoin possible with the NMC domain registration features? Because the NMC blockchain is pretty large now.

I'd suggest steering clear of nmc-wallet.com, I suspect it's a scam. My address balance doesn't match the blockchain and I'm missing a bunch of payments. I've messaged them twice about the discrepancy and had no reply. I've tried to send funds to a paper wallet I have, but it just says "Processing..." for about 15mins now...

If it exists, it is probably a scam. I lost all my LTC with those kinds of online wallets.

I guess it's the similarity in layout to localbitcoins that gave me a fake sense of trust... noob!
