It would be responsible to message everyone on skype that he messaged (since skype saves a log in the "Recent" tab). I nearly ended up paying the guy. Unless you weren't able to recover it yet. I'm still talking to dr-exchanger.org on skype.

Skype accounts can be stolen with relative ease. I wouldn't recommend it for someone trading $$ like the OP.
