Well, I'd have a lot of dollars, that I could then lose at PD and accuse them of being a scam myself! 
(Obviously joking on that last part. It's Provably Fair. You can verify bets yourself to see that it is not scamming you.)

You shouldn't gamble anywhere online if you don't know how it works. Primedice is one of the most trusted casino in Bitcoin world, streaks will happen, do you expect to make a profit so easily? There's no free lunch in the world, if not, why does Primedice exist anyway. Long lose streaks will happen in any amount of bet and you can verify EVERY SINGLE bet, if in doubt, change the client seed. I don't think they would even bother to scam people.
