Back in the day? Maybe you can still do it, or something similar, maybe get some friends or family together, it's never too late to make some epic memories you'll be able to cherish when it's actually too late.

It is too late. I'm an old fart now. I haven't climbed in over 15 years, gave all my gear to a friend of mine when I moved back here from B.C., and I don't think I'll be attempting to drag my old, fat ass up anything these days.

This was my playground for nearly a decade and yes, I have some epic memories of those times.

Climbing 'The Chief' was an awesome experience. One of the best things I've ever done in my lifetime. I suppose I could go back to a local place around here called "Rattlesnake Point", which is actually where I originally learned how to climb, but I have no interest in that, as it pales in comparison. (Also, like I said, I don't have any gear anymore.) Maybe one day I will go back there (to Rattlesnake Point) and teach my niece and nephew how to climb.


Hmm... Now that i think of it, the Niagara Escarpment is full of caves, of which I explored a few when I was really young. I still love exploring. Maybe I'll look into spelunking!
