You got me interested... Any pics and / or the recipe?
1.5 C granulated sugar
.5 C high fructose corn syrup
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 C heavy cream
8 Tbsp. Butter
Melt the sugar, corn syrup, & vanilla. When all melted and darkens to caramel color, add heavy cream. Let it simmer then add butter. Make sure you have a candy thermometer. Simmer to 233°, then pour in a raised edge cookie sheet and let it cool.
