Around 11am CET the orderbook was completly cleared:

Now this appears:
"Trwa przerwa techniczna. Trwa przywracanie bazy danych giełdy z kopii zapasowej. Działane serwisu zostanei wznowione około godziny 14:00."
Technical break. Database will be rolled back and service will recommence at around 14:00.

Admin says it was triggered by massive stop loss orders. They are analyzing the situation and the DB will be rolled back to just before the crash.

Why would they roll it back if the crash is due to normal market functions (stop lose orders)?

Good question.
Since its a very small exchange, its very easy to exploit and the makers obviously didnt take the necessary precautions, i guess.
