May I know where can I find a list of HD and MultiSig Wallet that has both mobile and desktop version? (open source)

First thing come to my mind is Bitgo, but it does not has mobile version
Green Address
QuickWallet (seen it has multisig, but is it a HD wallet?)
Hive?
CarbonWallet?

Another question, HD can be based on BIP32 and/or BIP44
BIP44 is an extension/improvement from BIP43 from BIP32?

I have not spend much time to research through before posting. Sad

Mycelium has HD wallet in beta, and will release the final version probably next week.

MyCelium now supports HD wallets (since version 2.0)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycelium.wallet

So does Andreas Schildbachs Bitcoin Wallet for Android (since version 4.0)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet

Both are rolling out this week so your play store might still show the older version.

Mycelium already has their HD wallets out. No they do not include multisig wallets.

Mycelium has multisig in their "we really want to do this, some time when we actually have time for it" list, but will probably first focus on hardware based security using Rivetz's API instead. (http://www.rivetz.com/)

There is no point to having multisig when you are signing and verifying transactions from within a secure separated hardware, since that hardware will be the point of failure anyway.
