Hey! Im using my lenovo g505s, i have 8gb ram, (amd quadcore apu 10) with it says is syncrosised with my amd hd 8500 dual graphic cards with 2gb dedicated memory, when Im mining litecoin, i only going up to 60 hashrate, shouldnt i get more?

You should stop mining with your laptop. You're taking the risk of overheating it. And mining with a GPU is not cost effective anymore. You're paying more in electricity than you are producing coins.

Like has been already said, don't bother.  You'll spend more on power than you'll earn, and even if your power is free, you'll only earn a fraction of a penny a day, which won't even pay for the cost of the machine when the hardware fails early due to being used a lot.

Are you mining bitcoin with it?  If so asic's are so much faster you should try scrypt.  Sadly for most GPU days are over asic's are just a lot more efficient.

I played around mining litecoin on my laptop before, I left it on overnight and the laptop was boiling hot the next morning. I haven't tried it since. Leave the mining to the asics, gpu mining days are over.

Some will fight it but mining is very hard on laptops they were not designed to be pushed so long so hard.   And unlike desktop you cannot RMA a video card and have a extra whole machine is going to need to be sent in.  Not to mention 1 video card is not a lot of juice.  It might be ok to learn for a very small time, but doing it does risk your laptop.

I used to "mine" with my laptop for fun, just to see a few uBTC, but in the end it is not financially worth it. It is only cool to learn maybe how to configure a miner and things like that.

Comparison: The daily interest I received on a few mBTC was an order of magnitude larger than what I was mining with my laptop in 2 days. Considering that this interest was amazingly small too, mining makes no sense on a laptop. As other people said, you burn out your hardware for actually no benefit.

If you want the "fun" of mining and don't want to buy coins directly, you could buy some mining contracts.

Hold on.  I can see mining for "fun", learning Linux, how to set up GPUs, configuring hardware, pool selection, connecting to the pool, etc.

But if you just go and buy a mining contract how is that "fun"? 

Wouldn't it be more "fun" and produce the same financial result to instead take the money you want to invest in mining contracts and then flush say 15% of it down the toilet?

At least then you get the "fun" of watching it swirl around on the way down to the sewer.

You can use it for testing but don't do any real mining, it would spoil your laptop in no time...

If you want to mine with your laptop, you should try monero or memorycoin (is it still a thing?) or some other coin that is designed to be gpu/asic resistant. If you have a nice cpu, you can probably make a mbtc in a couple of days I guess.

Because you are using laptop, I believe you can't get any better. Also make sure your heat is around 70-80C level...

You get enough for a laptop. I got only 13khs with my radeon 5470m and 35khs with my nvidia 740M (both from laptop).
My temperature on graphic card was only 65 degrees but anyway I don't recommend you mining with laptop, maybe just to try but not all the time.

Even at 80C system lifespan might be compromised. While the silicon might cut it, many other components (particularly capacitors) will suffer, especially when airflow is low (such as in a laptop).

Use with extreme caution and only for educational runs.

With some mining contacts you can also get the feeling of "getting some coins". Personally for me it was more interesting in the beginning than just go and buy directly.

I am also aware of the popular opinion of "BTC/GH price is going down, you are losing money with mining contracts", however I personally have mining contracts that were and still are lucrative and I am not losing money with them, but I make a profit. You have to find the right place.
