I think we need one.  The ones attached to banks don't really belong in Lending, and they get buried quickly in the Marketplace forum itself.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Perhaps a sticky instead, with services updated in the OP?

I guess that works, but you'd have to make it a rule that people can only advertise in that sticky.  Also, I think it's better for each service to have its own thread.

Agreed. It'd be hard to keep track of discussions otherwise. One compromise might be a locked sticky that links to all of the various escrow service threads.

Can you list some topics that would go there?

I meant more along the lines of what Maged said, a sticky with links to the escrow threads for easy reference. Just not sure if there's enough of them to warrant a subforum.

Seems awfully specific.

Usually subforums split off after they reach certain traffic levels.

Would something like Maged suggested work? It would be a lot of trouble updating that thread every time a new escrow service-person popped up. And people getting approved on that thread, etc.
