If you know the password you can just redraw the funds as soon as escrow is released. - Why not make a bounty on retrieving your password, all the bounty hunter need is the header from your wallet. I do not ever assume passwords longer than 8 characters

A person with escrow can check on your wallet file wallet.dat.
I do not remember the password.

I can attempt brute forcing the wallet for you although you would be taking all the risk. Also you would need to provide as much information about this possible password as the algorithm is really slow (I'd have to make a custom brute forcer). Up to you really.
