You can lock the topic yourself d'ont waste your time paypal is a no go for buying bitcoins you can reverse it very easy!

There are 2 scenarios :

1) you are the scammer or you will be scammed!

If you really need to use paypal goto www.virwox.com and exchange there, and do not tell us the story now about gift payments it can be charged back as well.

Withdraw the money from PayPal into your bank account, then meet someone with cash via LocalBitcoins. If you don't live somewhere where other people sell BTC, find a seller either on LBC or here who is willing to accept a wire, cash deposit, Western Union, or Moneygram.
Try Agoradesk, a better LocalBitcoins. Buy bitcoin anonymously with no limits.
