I've definitely been on the receiving end of that kind of attitude at least.
"Hello! I've done something stupid! Yes I know it's stupid! Are you going to come and fix it for me or not?" >_< I actually ought to charge random people for technical help shouldn't I? That's how one of my family members makes a lot of money.
One person I was talking to was complaining about how slow he was running and then it turned out he had several anti-virus' running at once and it was because he kept on going onto porn sites which were loaded with viruses and of course he acted that going onto virus loaded sites wasn't the problem >_>.
