He sent me the scan of his passport from fredericky.lang@gmail.com, the whole email is as below:

this is the scan of my passport. PLEASE do not publish it anywhere.

In case the ID was stolen, you should take that image here offline and go to your local police(or find a german who does).
Imagine if this is a stolen ID, somebody finds and attacks him. We dont want to get innocent involved in such situations.
btw. i believe it is forbidden in germany to put such image publically available.

I don't know why this thread all of a sudden popped back up, but seriously, are you people typing in braille or using 640x480 monitors? That is clearly a photoshop. You don't see how unnaturally clean that photo looks?

Well of course it is photoshop... but somebody is the original owner of that passport....
It is about common sense not to publish something like that...
btw. it is completely irrelevant if this ID is photoshopped or not... DO NOT PUBLISH SOMETHING LIKE THAT ON SUCH FORUM.
