Why cant i post right away?

I signed up to be able to post about the Mtgox problems im having. alot of people are having it and have been waiting WEEKS to get their hard earned cash. Bitcoin is used for alot of legitimate reasons and I am waiting for a small (compared to what some people cash) amount of money to be converted since april 23 but it is still in NEW state. this is unacepptable and i would be rather posting in the ongoing thread about this problem so that MagicalTux and Mtgox support can see it. Ive already emailed their support who just told me it was pending then ignored my other 3 emails since. How do i get the ability to post on the regular forums? I just want my money that ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks now!!!
