My dev teem needs a vps located in Europe.
I'm searching for a service who accept bitcoin for payments.
I need just 2 cpu and 2 or 4GB of ram and a HD 40 / 60Gb.
It is very important the speed and the quality of data transfer.

What do you advise me?

I think you guys got it wrong, OP wanted a VPS - Virtual Private Server. Not a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Anyway, if OP is still looking for VPS, I would recommend vm1990. I bought a Windows VPS from him last month, it's cheap but gives a decent performance.
