I have about 250$ and I was wondering if I should invest them on Bitcoin or not , if the price will rise? or invest on something else ? suggest what do you think guys thanks If you can afford to lose it, and you want to take a chance, then you can get yourself some bitcoin. If you would be upset about losing the $250, and you want to be certain that you won't lose a significant portion of it, then you should not get yourself some bitcoin. There is no way to know for certain what the exchange rate will do in the near future. Anybody who indicates that they know what will happen is either lying to you, or is lying to themselves.

The price will rise with 99.99% of certainty. Now, how low will it go before the rise? different beast.

You could wait for the trend to go bullish before investing. But we simply do not know when (or if) it will happen. If it happens, it usually goes skyhigh in a short time.
Bitcoin is high risk / high gain !!!
Only enter Bitcoin if you feel good about it and if you're prepared to wait >1 year for results.

1 year is smalltime. 5 years is a solid time to way. 10 years ideal for big gains. This is a long term boat. We need to apply Warren's teaching, except this time Warren isn't in this boat because simply he is too old to understand.

It's a ponzi scheme designed to make early adopters rich. Help making (some of) them poor by staying away from Bitcoin, and telling all of your friends to stay away.

If you can afford to lose it and go on with your life as it was before, go for it.
$250 is a pretty small amount and if it's an amount you need to buy food or pay bills, no way.

I have about 250$ and I was wondering if I should invest them on Bitcoin or not , if the price will rise? or invest on something else ? suggest what do you think guys thanks As others have said, don't spend what you can't afford to lose and ignore those who state as fact what the price will do. Historically, those who have held for over 2 years have profited well. Especially ignore idiot trolls like Exocytosis.

250 won't do you much in bitcoin, but if you're curious about it and want to have first hand experience of it, now is certainly the better time to buy some. you don't necessarily have to buy all of $250, you can just buy $50,100,150 whatever cause like I said, even all of $250 won't do much, if indeed Bitcoin takes off.
IF you fancy gambling a bit however, you could use that $250 to get a miner, solo mine on it and hope that you chanced upon a block, that will straightaway give you 25btc. It's not guaranteed, but it can happen (I myself have found 2 blocks on my humble S1 but I'm on a pool)

As with any investment, only make it if you can afford to lose the money. Historically, people that invested at these prices have seen profits, but in such a volatile market, the past is not necessarily a good predictor of the future. Good luck!

Yeah , I'am pretty sure I can afford to lose that little amount of money then I gues I will just go for it ? What ? USD 400 are you nuts? Place a limit for one @250. With some patience you will have 1 bitcoin then. Still no guarantee that you will not lose your money at this price.

I have $250....
...in my pocket? ...in my savings account? ...to my name?
makes a big difference to the answer.
What's your income and expenditure? What's your cash-flow look like.
Run your finances like you are a business, in which you are 100% shareholder; Do the best thing for the shareholders.
