Hi all,

I'm new in bitcoin mining, but something really weird is going on,

I've been mining for a several hours with a antminer s3 and the estimated reward does not send anything forward to the unconfirmed rewards.

How long does that usually takes?

You only earn then a block is found. Look at the stats page to see the last time a block has been found.
