Der Klomann is a well known scammer from Berlin in Germany. We have opened a case with the Police department in Berlin. They are working on it and it's only a matter of time until Der Klomann will be procecuted.

Won't make any difference as a new account will be made in minutes. What people need to do is stop the Skype and "back room deals" and use escrow where possible. Usually it's greed that fuels these "deals" and the scammers know and use it to the fullest.
