How much would it cost to have a site with usernames and password registration, that is a bank for bitcoins (automated deposit,withdraw, able to request loans)? (I can do my own hosting)

Rate at 8BTC / Hour for this project and estimate of 4 hours work - 32BTC with design and ready to go. This is assuming 1 wallet and multiple addresses for users.
If you want more than 1 wallet ie a new instance for each user I expect it would take a further 2/3 hours to implement.
