Need tech help with yet another altcoin project

Hi.

I am looking for someone to help us set up an alt blockchain, some wallets etc and we'd do the web interface for it.
Pretty standard setup, but I am spread too thinly to do it myself.

This would be a paid for thing.

Ideally I'd like someone from GMT+/-2 timezone, or someone working in similar hours to help with communication.
