why I can't convert my WLD to XRP?
My account already active, but they said that I need more 35XRP for the Gateaway...
sound like I got 0 or something... need to send about 0.02 to active the ripple acct. now they ask for more for the gateaway.

Hi basitali, what is the issue? You have a balance of 10,000 WLD.

The problem is that under the "convert" tab you are selecting to receive another 10,000 WLD, which you can't do for the amount of BTC & XRP currently in your account.

If you are using the "convert" tab, select to receive "BTC".

At the moment you can convert it to .005 BTC , albeit this is well below the usual trade price of .01 BTC, and the highest trade price of .025 BTC.

Alternatively, you can click the "trade" tab. Select WLD and BTC (snapswap.btc) as the currency pairs, and post up an order.

Hi sorry, good ideas but we need to use a video because we need to have a very reliable way (facial recognition) of uniquely identifying everyone, so that no-one can claim 10,000 World dollars more than once.
