nope and there's no way to block them just ignore them and they will get confirmed some time.

It is very similar to the system we know from receiving ordinary mail. If someone knows your address then can they send you a letter, no mater if you like it or not. If I knew your home address, then could I send you a letter and you would not be able to prevent me for doing so...

OTOH with snail-mail you DO have the option to write "Moved No Forwarding Address Return To Sender" on the unopened envelope and drop it back into the mail... LOL.   Maybe bitcoin could have something similar.

It would definitely be a nice feature to be able auto send input from certain addy back to its origin (I do not have an overview how it should be implemented, but the transaction should be free from tx fee), it would require that your wallet is online and open though. Nevertheless, I just expect that the spam company will start shuffling the addys, then would you not be able to predict what addy to enable "auto-return" for.

Still, this isn't a good idea. The transactions may never be confirmed depending on the fees paid and the age of coin. It would take a lot of fees to send 1million 0.0001. Your CPU would be quite maxed out generating 1million addresses and your wallet.dat would be extremely big.

You may check https://blockchain.info/address/1LaxoTrQy51LnB289VmoSAgN6J6UrJbfL9, and you will see Laxo sometimes sent 1 satoshi, sometimes 1000 satoshi, sometimes 10000 satoshi and there are even a few 0.001 BTC payments.

To be honest, it is not a problem to me.
As long as your wallet has a coin control function, those 1-satoshi dust outputs (confirmed or unconfirmed) won't produce any problem.

Don't forget that you need to pay 10000 satoshi as transaction fee for each of your transactions lol.
