When blockchain.info goes off it doesn't mean the actual blockchain stops working, is just the website.

When blockchain.info goes off it doesn't mean the actual blockchain stops working, is just the website.
if  this scenario come to true, it would be nightmare for many people who is using blockchain.info as their only wallet and store a large amount of bitcoin.
