TimC, I tried the same and even tried to delete the blockchain and let it resync, but it keeps getting stuck and cannot sync to the end :-(
Edit: seems like it is a close and restart, close and restart wallet thing. Syncing in blocks and then when it stops I restart the wallet. Will get back if it works to the end :-)

Okay now it synced, but where the F¤%#¤#¤ are all my coins!! Balance shows 0 but I can see all my coins in the transaction list (I didn't delete the wallet of course).  |

Okay now it synced, but where the F¤%#¤#¤ are all my coins!! Balance shows 0 but I can see all my coins in the transaction list (I didn't delete the wallet of course). go to debug and type repairwallet it will fix the balance.  |
