i Want  to  say: i don't sell my btc always,because i believe that   the next  i would sell a more Higher prices.isn't it?

i m always getting bitcoin as much as i can
whenever i sell some of them to buy some product or for cash
i buy btc after that as soon as i get some spare money in my hand

because if btc value drop after you bought your food, that means you bought your food for less fiat by buying back bitcoin at reduced price.

if you mine that mean you gamble bitcoin at overpriced value. think this way...  you wire money  and yet no bitcoin, then you mine for maybe 6 month then it get unprofitable ? then you look at the price of bitcoin and your mined bitcoin and oh dear....

because if btc value drop after you bought your food, that means you bought your food for less fiat by buying back bitcoin at reduced price.
This will not always work in your favor as the long term trend is that the price of bitcoin is increasing, therefore the chances are higher that you will pay a higher price to repurchase your bitcoin if you do so after you spend it.

In order for you to most effectively repurchase bitcoin after you spend it, the best option is to do so as soon as you can in order to minimize pricing risk

Happen once or twice bought something then price goes down a bit then i bought btc.

Now when i spend some amount of btc on purchase day or two after i receive back almost same amount from some small job.
