Smiley  This coins sounds professional and promising.

I think I will buy into the IPO after researching and reading.

I am liking what I see.

I had my account hacked due to a weak password I was told. It has be re-secured and a stronger password implemented. Hacker was posting malware links using my account. Always use a very strong password.

35 BTC for mining equipment? running from where? your mom and dad's basement? gimme a freaking break. You'll need a few million to setup a cloud based op. Hell, 35 BTC isn't even going to cover your legal fees to get this setup.

If you're a registered company, please provide more details about your business.

What I'm wondering is what kind of business are you registered as?

Also, what is going to process the POW blocks? There's no incentive for miners to mine zero-reward blocks.

i can see you didnt read any part of the plan and just assumed that 35 btc would cover all the mining equipment... this is for 20k capital for a much  larger bank loan for mining equipment

cryptocoin is registered as a tech company.

The premise behind cryptocoin is to be an easily accessible mining option for the laymen interested in getting into bitcoin, but either not able to afford miners or not having the proper space to setup for a mine.
I wanted to make it so they didn't need to purchase bitcoins to buy hash from cex or the like just a simple straight forward way to buy via any payment type and at any price.

Problem is that you have your ICO on scamer C CEX exchange and you won't get many investors because of that...

Nice idea,
but who is to say this is a legit business?
Are the financials audited?
Are transactions transparent?

Cryptoasian was sent a copy of my official business registration with the Canadian government so its a legit business.

my financials are being gone over at present with several different banks to get my loans for said business along with several government grants

and as for the transactions what ones are you referring to for transparency ?
