Just saw a link on Hacker News that Priceonomics raised $1.5 Million.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

The fair value is exactly what it trades for at any moment.

Price and value are two different things. The market is not efficient. Some things are overvalued, some are undervalued it's the way it is.

well, if you looked at the data it is using it is $10 as an average and there are 2 BTC and 3 BTC prices taken into that
1 BTC is $8 according to that site it seems.
