What is the current status of this coin? Has it been abandoned by the dev? With the market activity it will be delisted from Bittrex within the week.

yes, coin is basically fucked.

honestly have no idea wtf happened to the ICO money, when that can easily be used to support the original conversion rate of coin-to-ink-cartridge.

even having half the ICO funds, you could support half the conversion rate.

the fact that the devs cannot do this or even have the effort to put up a facade shows just how little work was put into this project.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

This coin looks an absolute disaster. I feel for the investors, especially those who bought into the ICO. Could investors not contact the company that were backing the coin with ink and ask about the current status, or future plans of the coin?

I think most likely the company pocketed up the money from the ICO and use 'market conditons' as an excuse not to support the original conversion. Now most of the ICO owners have dumped and InkWayUSA is buying back the coins at a pittance.

Time will tell what InkWay Coin and InkWay USA has in Store for the Committed Holders. I suggest you Hold your Coins and if you already dropped them get them back at the low price and wait patiently. There are big deals in store for the future of InkWay USA.

there is nothing on my agenda regarding this coin at the moment, we are all waiting for InkWay to come up with some sort of an agreement/offer we can present to the market.

There is dialogue, but they suddenly got very busy with a big retailer, so everything was put on pause for a while.

Hopefully we get something from them soon.

This whole thing is a scam at it's worst. Read the companies financials, listen to their weekly joke talks. Looks like the only thing they do is take peoples money and make pie in the sky claims. Best to stay away and don't waste your money.

All we know is that after the Vice President of the company Tore Eikeland cashed out the BTC, the market crashed and after that they became very quiet, and has been avoiding us.

The CEO of the company, Lenny Greene is supposed to come up with a hedge-offer, but he is delaying and delaying - let me show you some screenshots to give you an idea of how things are in this coin right now:

Nov 19th

Nov 25th

Dec 4th

This is the kind of communication we have been dealing with... like a circle of nothing.

How much money was lost here? I lost some money trading it, but can imagine people that bought at ICO price are fuming of anger.

Hard to say how much money was lost in this, most of the coins was unsold and unmoved.

It is almost like the company died.

Yes, you can transfer them to your address, and when it sync up they will be there.

I´ll see if we can put some X13 hashes on it later to help you transfer your coins out.
