OP wants you to send first. Did not respond about escrow. Please trade with caution.

Buyers, be VERY careful. Here's how these things usually play out:

1. Brand new user posts an ad wanting to sell BTC for PayPal
2. He will refuse escrow, using the excuse that "you can always reverse the PayPal charge"
3. He will insist that you send him PayPal first, again using the same excuse listed above
4. Once he receives money, he transfers it to a VCC, cashes it out, and abandons his disposable PayPal account, never to be heard from again

I'd encourage any potential buyers to make sure he puts those coins into escrow first before sending him any money.

Keep waiting a bit more. I'm sure he's just having connection issues and will be back online shortly to send you your BTC.

Ask paypal to return money back... and you will receive them.
Its a bullshit to use an escrow on paypal exchanges, money can be reversed as well... Had 2 reversals and 1 with a escrow...

The escrow isn't on the PayPal part -- it's on the BTC side. Otherwise you just end up with scams like this happening.

I thought Escrow must protect both sides and secure both transactions... its a good idea to be an escrow with a bitcoin only  Grin
With scammers 1 side will be a victim, with or without you =)))

Escrow ensures that both parties get what the paid for. What often happens after that is an unfortunate consequence of PayPal's fraud policies.
