So since Paypal has partnered with some of BTCitcoin's elite exchanges - https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/paypal-partners-with-bitpay-coinbase-and-gocoin/  are we now able to purchase BTCTC with PayPal?

Indeed its up to merchants to activate this option on the payment hub and for now, from my understanding, its just for merchants who sell digital goods. I hope Blizzard takes a look at this, I'd love to pay my WoW subscription with btc.

Not yet is the answer but obviously that is the end goal i should imagine else there is no real point in getting involved with BTC to just become an affiliate of coinbase, bitpay and gocoin.
