I'm going to just go along with this all right now. But the fact is, the rebranding was some what dramatic and yet, the scope and direction of this coin still seem a bit too broad. The clearest indicator thus far is actually 'Utility' - the name itself.

I do however have high hopes for the innovations that are set to come into this coin. With a coin supply of under 4 Million, I don't think anybody has to worry that the oh so special price will have some big rises over the coming MONTHS.

Yes, all the best gains are made over time.

You do not answer the one question that has been asked: Why would you use crypto as a "medium of exchange". What is the benefit for you and why would your customers want to use crypto? What are the advantages? Why chose a payment method like crypto which will seem weird for 95% of the rest of the world over a standard licensing process? We all know it is possible, but does it make sense?

You can actually answer right here, no need for another PDF with not much content but flashy layout.

Lots of questions here, I will take some time away from coding the platform and answer them.

This coin is instamined :

1   2014-09-26 02:59:50 (value out: 2000)
100   2014-09-26 03:01:10 (value out: 2000)
200   2014-09-26 03:05:20 (value out: 2000)
300   2014-09-26 03:35:01 (value out: 2000)

Between the announcement and the first pool announcement (3:35), 600 000 coins where mined

So 600 000 / 3,704,863 UTIL = 16% of the coins in the developers hands in 30 min

The platform I am creating will allow licenses to be distributed using private keys instead of software licensing keys, the crypto asset is used as a "license" the client can pay in fiat.

simple, we have a very technically sound software program and we wish to monetize on it however at the same time we would like to see the profits from the licensing of this software go towards building coin stability. Agreed, the learning curve that accompanies crypto currencies is usually overwhelming for the majority of internet users out there however as mentioned in the news update, it would not be hard to obtain partnership with an easily accessible payment processor. When there is consumer incentive in the form of comparative pricing consumers usually make the extra effort to secure the deal. Now remember, this isn't our main mission behind Utility, the content filtering software was a byproduct of our hard work behind the scenes and we thought why not turn it into a commercial good that will increase the market demand for Utility. This who idea is at a conceptual model for now and we would really like to see what the community has to say. A lot of you have been through the life cycles of dozens of coins and I am sure have invaluable inputs, in addition we want to know what gives you investors maximum confidence and we want to exceed your expectations in every aspect.

You do not answer the one question that has been asked: Why would you use crypto as a "medium of exchange". What is the benefit for you and why would your customers want to use crypto? What are the advantages? Why chose a payment method like crypto which will seem weird for 95% of the rest of the world over a standard licensing process? We did NOT instamine this coin, there was someone who compiled rapidly and mined a lot, they however sold this on the thread. There were also large dumps on ccex when it was listed.. Please do not make such false accusations that the coin was instamined in an attempt at creating fud against us.

This coin is instamined :

1   2014-09-26 02:59:50 (value out: 2000)
100   2014-09-26 03:01:10 (value out: 2000)

Hi atcsecure, reaching out to us here on the thread is a great start to working with us on a development level, we have several channels of communication in place to chat with our developers. We are currently using IRC, perhaps the Xchat group chat beta would be something new we could try.

Regarding incentive:

This is a collaborative project, so for many working along side other developers to improve a coin that they may be holding is incentive in itself. Also, if a dev were to develop and app, our blockchain based licensing system can auto payout that dev each time their app is purchased.

Whats the process and incentive for developers to contribute to this project?

Are we really going to resort to this level of troll? Why is it that developers are constantly persecuted by the communities they are trying to bring technology to. Constantly our words are twisted, facts are twisted.

I was very late to the party as I had node issues and my first block was mined 9 minutes after launch. Besides, where's the fun in 0 reward blocks?  Cheesy
