DOGE @ 100! Much wow! but i missed it!

I was really surprised to see DOGE hit 100. i had expected it to reach around 50 satoshis only

The sad thing is, i sold all my DOGE before the crash to 25. Though i considered buying it back, i didn't.

now i regret it. Still why is it going so high again? Will it go more up? What are your thoughts?

Because of the gocoin deal with paypal. And because gocoin accepts doge, the dogecoin community sold the news as something that makes doge to stand above the other alt coins... Maybe they are right, maybe not...

Most likely the current pump is a combination for 3 things. The pump a week or so ago was probably mostly due to the merge mining with LTC.  Now it's probably due to the merge mining, the halving that's going to occur within the next week or so and the gocoin paypal thingy.

There could be another reason though, the falling BTC price.  It's probably in the miners best interest for Doge to be much higher so they can offset BTC losses with Doge.  But you'd have to ask miners if that would be true or not.

24 hours later -- 117 was the high, not 116. Doge now down 23%. Pro-tip: listen to my pro-tips. Or don't. lol.

Dogecoin rise is unexpected but at least dogecoin is tons better than many new altcoin created daily.
I think we could see it rising to 300+

The rise was just a show of what is to come for the end of the year with Doge,
in about 5 days Dogecoin will halve the block reward to miners.

Some people say 300 statoshi by the end of the year, some people even speculate 1000

I don't know, but everything seems good, I'll keep buying and draining the faucets.
