Anything is honestly possible. Had a guy awhile back need $1200 paid to the US DMV to pay off some huge tickets he got while here and lived overseas at the time. He paid $2400 in BTC to make the payments for him (2x the value). He also had me buy him $100 in porn subscriptions which I canceled the reoccuring charges for and he paid me $200 for that as well. Never was scammed and all went well. He sent first too.

So yes, anything is possible but 99% this guy is trolling or trying to scam.
