Thank you everyone for making this signature campaign a success. We'll be going over how this campaign went and see where to go from here. All users of this sig campaign have been PM'd about this closing of the campaign. Please check back in the future Smiley

Hey everybody Smiley I run Bitcoin-Tutorials.com, a website that provides tutorials for everything digital currency. I'm opening this signature campaign for a few reasons, including that I want the site to get more exposure, I want to support the Bitcoin economy by spending Bitcoins, and I want to give newer users of Bitcoin their first few cents/dollars in Bitcoin Smiley

Alrighty, details:

Newbies: .00003 btc/post
Jr. Members: .00004 btc/post

I understand that this isn't very much, but it's for users whose signatures are not very noticable.

Campaign is now closed for new participants! Check back later Smiley

Codes:
Newbies:
Bitcoin-Tutorials.com – Cryptocurrency tutorials!
Code:
Bitcoin-Tutorials.com – Cryptocurrency tutorials!

Jr. Members:
Code:
[center][url=bitcoin-tutorials.com]Bitcoin-Tutorials.com ☀ Tutorials for everything digital currency! ☺ New tutorials added daily! ✌[/url][/center]

Rules:
☀ Weekly payouts. However, I may be a day or two late paying out sometimes. I'll let you know if this is going to happen.
☀ Minimum 10 posts/week
☀ Maximum 50 posts/week
☀ Maximum of 15 members at a time (for now)
☀ You can only use this campaign's code in your signature, unless you ask me. I want to be flexible about this. If you have something else you want to put in your signature in addition to this, please feel free to ask; I'll do my best to accomodate!
☀ Don't spam just to increase your post count. Each post you make has to be constructive.
☀ Don't change your signature during the week period that you're using this campaign.
☀ I maintain the right to remove you from the campaign at any time, or to not count certain posts you make towards your payment. I also maintain the right to not pay you if I believe you have violated the rules.

How to join:
Reply to this post and tell me your Bitcoin address.

Before you ask about Escrow: I don't plan on using it, and I hope the one week period is a short enough time that some people will be willing to trust me. You can also check out my past posts and see I have a good reputation. Furthermore, I'm giving a .0001 btc signing bonus immediately to the first five users who sign up.

If you refuse escrow then it is likely that no one will join your campaign. Most escrow providers will provide escrow for free in order to protect the community. The max payout, assuming 50 posts times 15 Junior members times .00004 BTC per post is .03 BTC. I would suggest finding someone trustworthy to hold this small amount of bitcoin for you so users know they will get paid.

Your rates are also very low, and your signing bonus is only ~$0.04.

I think you made a mistake with your math. It's .00004*50*15=.03. I'll look into escrow, but would I have to do it weekly, or could I do it for just the first week to prove I'm legit?

Why not offer this opportunity to more advanced members? Like full/senior/hero? It would be certainly more visible that way...

At the moment I want to give the opportunity to newer members of the community, and I don't want to spend too much at the moment. Higher-ranked members can still participate, they'd just get paid Jr. Member rates, although they probably wouldn't want to because there's better offers out there.

Also, I just noticed that you have signature from another campaign. It may not look the best if you are trying to promote your own business. Someone may think that you are greedy to the point of not wanting to promote your own site but earn some additional btc somewhere else instead.

You are right. I fixed my post (it is late). You would likely need to pay an extra .0015 to cover 15 TX fees for escrow (you would need to pay this anyway when you pay users).

bitcoininformation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=113670) and monbux (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=133846) both provide escrow services. I would think they would both do it for free. I would suggest having escrow hold funds for at least 2 months (or until your campaign ends if it ends before this)

If you are unable to find an escrow service, then I would say, my small amount of trust would be sufficient to hold your .0315 BTC to guarantee users receive payment. (I would offer it for free)

I was not planning on creating this campaign, I just decided on a whim. My other campaign ends in a few days and I plan on advertising my site after that. You seem pretty knowledgable on campaigns, so I'm wondering, when someone tells me their post count, I don't pay for their past posts right? Why do they tell me how many posts they've already had?

So that you can count how many posts you need to pay for...

If User 1 has 20 posts, after one week he has 65 posts...

you need to pay him for 65 - 20 posts

I guess it would be okay if I answer that question, it's To count how many posts they have made in the payment cycle conveniently (total posts at end of cycle (-) post they had) rather than checking dates/time of registration to see how many posts made after registration.

btw still waiting for da payment.  Wink
