An argument my brain popped up: why don't they just use bitcointalk.org? When a user accesses http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?blah-blah in his browser, is it your website? Is it your forum? No. Do they feel like they are walking into where it's exclusively your content? NO.

That's where my service comes in. For just 0.05 BTC per year, you can own a private forum. You will have access to the Admin Control Panel and the ability to create ranks, automations, permissions, forums, sub forums, and much more. Concerning Purchase

You will not be given any refunds after 24 hours. Persistent nagging for your money back after this time will result in your forum being terminated.
Half of payment must be made upfront and the other half must be made within 24 hours of your forum going online. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your forum. In this case you are not entitled to a refund except in special, unlikely cases such as if it were impossible for you to pay within 24 hours.
These terms are subject to change and I reserve the right to modify or append anything to them. I also reserve the right to terminate your forum should you not agree to the change in terms as long as it is reasonable.

Concerning Content

You are not allowed to have any "shady" content on your website.
"shady" is defined by the Bit-Vortex community, the BitcoinTalk.org community, and I.
Your content on the forums must not be racist or, for that matter, anything-ist. You are not allowed to host flame wars or defame sites too outrageously. Scam accusations are permitted and harsh language is moderated by you. If I see anything that falls in the above categories, I will contact you asking you to relook at the content. If it isn't removed, I will be forced to publicly denounce your forum on http://bit-vortex.com and http://bit-vortex.com/forum/bitvortex. Further action will not be taken.
All forums will be hosted @ http://bit-vortex.com/forum/<your_forum_name>.
These terms are subject to change and I reserve the right to modify or append anything to them. I also reserve the right to terminate your forum should you not agree to the change in terms as long as it is reasonable.

Purchase Process

1) Express your interest in a PM, then

4) Your forum will be setup. Upon completion, you will receive an email containing the forum admin account login and details of the first account. Once you have received your temporary password, please change it. This prevents me *and hackers* from accessing critical details if your [bitcointalk] account is compromised.

5) Make the other half of payment.
