I've been doing this for a long time. And it would work with paypal and not get limited? If you add some cards the paypal get's limited. Works in EU? |

I have tons of prepaid cards i get randomly in the mail... i know greendot cards and paypal work very good with each other... I'd be careful of using cards with some one elses name especially if you are in the states since just being in possesion of some one elses card could mean criminal penalties...
