Hi, I'm fairly new to the bitcoin community and I was wondering if there was a website that offered a service that allows you to pay with the types of payments listed above.

Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

It seems there is no major exchange support Paypal deposits.

BTC-e could withdrawal with Paypal, but the fee is as high as 7%! and the max per transaction $2500/min per transaction $500.

If you buy bitcoins on other exchaner, I believe it also cost you more fee, wo know Exchange's general fee are 0.5%, but exchanger will charge 2% and more.

Buy a cheap ASIC on EBay with PayPal...
When the ASIC pays for itself in a few months...
You have converted the PayPal to BTC... plus you had fun and still have the ASIC.

This only works if you have cheap power.
