I need PayPal, I am willing to pay Email Money Transfer. You must make a payment for me on StrongVPN via PayPal.

Need $60.

why cant you just make a bank deposit with paypal?

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

https://www.hyperwallet.com/ might solve your problem. Then accept deposits from some Canadian things (although not E-mail, but some Billpay etc), and you can later withdraw that deposit to Paypal for 1$ fee.
