Still not received.

I wanted to buy 0.5btc from him, starting with 0.05btc to see if he was alright.

I offered to pay for the transaction fee, sending the btc in such small dose,
but he wants me to send more money before he will send me any btc.

If he decides to pay back my money, I will remove the negative feedback.

Yes escrow for the future trades.

Though localbitcoins and other places i looked into, only had offers that would take some time for me to receive the btc and if I had time to wait, I would use justcoin.com or something.

But for fast btc, maybe ebay might be the best option.

Same deal as with all the new "WTS Bitcoins for PayPal" scammers. Here's how their scam works:

1. Brand new user posts an ad wanting to sell BTC for PayPal
2. He will refuse escrow, using the excuse that "you can always reverse the PayPal charge" (sounds reasonable, no?)
3. He will insist that you send him PayPal first, again using the same excuse listed above
4. Once he receives money, he transfers it to a VCC, cashes it out, and abandons his disposable PayPal account, never to be heard from again. By the time you get around to filling a dispute, he already has cash hand.

I'd encourage any potential buyers to make sure he puts those coins into escrow first before sending him any money. For a list of trusted escrowers here on the forum just check the Escrow Whitelist
