A quick status update from the overloaded tech department.  

While things may seem calm or even quiet on the surface, our dedicated kinky team has been working 24/7 for almost two weeks already to prepare and provide you with something totally unique and ground-breaking.

What we've come up with is not that new when it comes to the technology itself, but how it's being used.

Our firm decision is no less than to radically update the whole crypto coin scene.

There's so much potential in the immense amount of brainpower that so many developers, designers and innovators have been pouring into the P2P coin technology.

The heart and the primus motor of basically every coin project is "the developer(s)".

As the title itself implies, the emphasis has been on the technology - at least until now.

While this is not a problem in any way, in order to make the public take [alt]coins seriously, the input of professionals of several other areas of expertise are going to be needed as well.

These kinky little currencies of ours have a lot more to them than first meets the eye.

What we will be doing with them is broadening the focus from the technology to a much bigger picture.

Every coin has a soul of it's own, and in order for that spirit to be conveyed to someone with little or no technical background, a more human centric approach is a needed.

We're happy, proud and honored to use the skills and gifts we have to spread knowledge and understanding of the whole coinverse to those who, as of yet, have no clue of what all those technomages are ranting about.

As for BDSM & FETISH, they will be our first and foremost tools of demonstrating the true potential of altcoins not just as "alternatives to" Bitcoin used by a fringe marginal, but as a very real currency of their own - as well as a tool to shift the consciousness of all of the mankind.

While we are of course running a business here, our thinking and motives are firmly based on the win-win idea of sharing the good with everyone.

Yes, the info has been way too thin this far. The reason to that is that we had to make the launch happen in a very tight time frame while managing a huge number of other urgent projects at the same time.

We'll make sure the lack of information will be fixed by the coming weekend.

What I can say right now is that we are very serious about these coins - as with everything we do.

Both I personally and Altcoin.Center as an organization always attempt to strictly follow very high standards of professionalism. Unfortunately the almost impossible schedule I had set for the release of BDSM and FETISH resulted in not-so-professional outcome. We are aware of the situation, apologize for the lack of information, and will fix the situation ASAP.

So it appears that BDSM and Fetish were mined really very hard, beyond 35 Th/s, and were by far iSpaces's most mined [Suspicious link removed] news is that one of the other big pools is adding them at the weekend.

Kind of good news, was prior to mining, we received an offer (one that was not at all insultig) for he source codes, which was tempting, but defeated the purpose of making the coins.

So ... the plan is to carry on. Development will focus on the alternative sex scene, which we have some experience in (1 person in particular).

As ever, anyone is welcome to help with the business model, but given the feedback including an offer to set us up as a franchise (gratis) for kinky stuff, we are looking for innovation and new ideas not just help in simple business planing.

The promise made is that we will make them into top-20 coins by maketcap, but our goal is top-10,and to stay around that positin for sometime.

The next few weeks, a business plan will be outlined, and you will not be asked to support it financially. We can handle that ourselves,and the two offers we received suggest we can do quite a bit.

Get in touch if you are so clever that you would be an asset to development.

Apologies for not sorting out better exolorers. We have a couple up, of course, but time is a killer, as is Horizon 2020.

Just started mining BDSM, will be interesting to see where it goes.

Although the launch wasn't exactly planned to happen the way it did, I do actually like the fact that we're starting off in a sort of behind the scenes manner.

This reminds me of the history of the alternative erotics scene itself; for a very long time even the more common things (such as latex) were something only few would take to the open.

During the last ten years or so, things have changed completely - suddenly everything has come out of the closets, and many tendencies that would have been considered outright perverse a decade ago have quickly lost their taboo nature.

When something ceases to be a taboo, it's much easier for people to form a natural, non-problematic relationship to whatever idea or feature in themselves and other people.

Many would consider it quite weird that I'm actually very firmly a Christian man, a common visitor to meetings of several Christian groups including Jehova's witnesses, while openly advocating BDSM and FETISH.

The illusion of a contradiction that some see in me and my thinking raises from the fact that if anything, sexuality is the taboo of all times. The key reason to why it has become a taboo in the first place is that it has been labeled as a "sin" - not by God, not by Jesus - but by those who have interpreted his words in a way that support their agenda of controlling the mankind through conflict, fear and distraction. They have purposefully misinterpreted what J. meant when he said that "if your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away". He did not intend to convey the message "kill your sexuality". The point of what he said was: "If you're having fear based issues regarding anything at all, face and get rid of those fears so that it does not make you stumble anymore". In essence, the point was: "get your thinking straight and get rid of any distractions that prevent it from functioning with 100% clarity".

The previously marginal alt erotics scene consists mostly of people who have been able to accept and express their sexuality in a natural, non-problematic and indeed divine way.

Similarly, the alt currency scene is where a relatively small amount of people have been able to find a natural, non-problematic and indeed divine way to replace the illusion based fiat currencies.

I know there are millions out there who would call me a blasphemer for what I'm saying above, and I understand their point of view. Then again I know what I know in my heart and my mind, and I know that God/JHWH/Jehova does not consider sexuality a sin as long as it comes out naturally, with respect and love, free of all inner conflicts - as another beautiful and curious part of the creation. The idea that anything kinky or anything having to do with money automatically be "sinful" or "wrong" simply is not based on true understanding who or what the creator is.

For me, the #1 reason to promote BDSM and FETISH is that I want and need to provide the mankind with (provocative) leverages that help people come to a new understanding of the true nature of JHWH; he is not the judging, limiting and demanding figure he has been portrayed as, and he most certainly did not give people the power and joy of sexuality just to tease them and to demand them of getting rid of that part of themselves.

What I'm trying to say with this sprawling little post of mine is, that it's the time for illusions to end and real understanding and clarity to light up and free the mankind. This applies both to sexuality and to money.

One thing I've noticed, difficulty for BDSMCoin is all over the place.  Been seeing it jump from 8k to 90k in a matter of a few minutes.  Will it steady out once there are more miners or is that the way it was designed?

Other than that though, I'm happy that it was somewhat of a ninja-launch, gives me some time to mine before the big guys come in and shoot it up to a few hundred thousand difficulty.

We should try to get on Bittrex or AllCoin or somethin'.  pls no Cryptsy.  I hate that place xD
