Im looking to pay for clicks on a website... Not too complicated!
Ideally I'd want a method to generate clicks that wouldn't flag up any google Adsense account blockages..

Can anyone help?

Adsense fraud is easily detected by Google, they will detect the abnormal activity.

You need to buy website views from real visitors (PPC sites) then they will click ads occasionally, like real visitors.
