Haha, that's pretty clever.  Wish more mainstream shows would incorporate Bitcoin into it somehow.

I know Krusty mentioned Bitcoin on the Simpsons last year.

If they were VERY clever, they should have put a QR Code on there and left some coins to viewers.

The first one to spot it, can claim it.  Grin

That would have been very interactive and fun to do. The children would say .... "They paying me to watch the Simpsons"  Wink

My son like this one.

I wonder the same thing!! Digital money was always one of their aims... bitcoin is painted as anti banks/government but is it really?

Haha nice!  Those are some pretty big name shows mentioning Bitcoin in some fashion.  Glad it's getting some exposure in shows that millions watch.  Just need a good marketing, advertising campaign, key sponsor, or viral social media movement that will truly light that fire.

HBO's Silicon Valley, Gilfoyle mentioned Bitcoin as method of payroll payment:

Jon Stewart rants on Bitcoin/Mt Gox:

apart from forgetting about silicon valley the other shows i never consider as TV Shows (prime time drama/action) but if you wanted to know the full list of -shows- then the list is much much longer then mentioned within you or my quotes. many 'skit' shows and one off specials have mentioned it. news/documentaries. lots of mentions have happened

This kind of front row series telecasts will help BTC a lot. Because I'm definitely sure that 50% or Simpson viewers are not familiar wit BTC or don't use it. This kind of publicity will get their support very soon.
