Ico coins are ready, we mined first 800 blocks at a value of 50,000 as reward. 800*50,000= 40 milions of SCSY.

We also mined the first block at normal reward to see if switch works properly. So if you see 801 blocks mined now you know why

These are pretty unfair conditions. An ICO needs to have a defined deadline, not 'when we hit an exchange'. I never heard of a launched coin which still has the ICO going on, that's crazy.  Now we'll have miners who can sell their coins and people who invest in the ICO are stuck, how is that fair?

Please just set a deadline for the ICO, it should be at launch. People investing before launch take a far greater risk by investing btc then people investing after launch, that's just not proper business.

No one can sell their coin because we contacted no exchanges.. investors are advantage in buying our shares at a lower price.. moreover, they can earn with business value in future, ICO coins are part of our Business Capital and only ICO coins are this! Miners can mine SCSY but for now they cannot sell or even buy it anywhere and they have not our shares..

we have too low ICO coins sold and the price can be too much influenced with 25 % of total supply destroyed.. i think a good compromise is a deadline of 24 hours after launch..agree?

As I stated, if you don't distribute ICO coins before launch, this essentialy means that you'll be holding a premine of 25% while the coin is already launched, that is a no-go. That's the risk of an ICO, it can be succesful or not, but I needs to be within defined rules. You can't just say, o we sold to little so the ICO will continue even after launch.
