when and where you downloaded it?

try with this:

1) with a text editor (note-pad is ok if you are running on windows) create a file, copy and paste this lines

and change username and password with whatever you want..then save this file as "securitysys.conf" in %AppData%\Roaming\securitysys

2) Open again note-pad -> write "securitysys-qt.exe -server" (without quotes) -> save it as START.bat into the same folder where the wallet is

3) double click the START.bat file and let it sync

EDIT: keep in mind that we have just hard forked the coin, so if you have downloaded the wallet you'll have to update it tomorrow.

no you must copy all the link and paste it into a web browser.. and you'll get the download link.. it is better and faster if you go to the OP (first ANN page) and click on the windows icon..you will be redirect to the download page
